Pressure has grown on Social Science and Humanities researchers to make the knowledge they produce more accessible to non-academic audiences. Concurrent with this call for wider public dissemination is the rise of digital media formats that represent the most exciting and accessible means of communicating with the general public. A Knowledge Mobilization plan is now a standard part of funding applications. This presentation looks at media production as an effective and enduring means for Academics to reach a broad audience with their research.
